Objective:
The WILR Masterclass is aimed at reaching out to women who occupy and who are aspiring to occupy leadership roles whether in their, workplace, organisations and or communities. These are ambitious, driven, disciplined women who have the tenacity to change their environment and of those connected to them. Women In Leadership Roles Program is a fellowship of women who are transforming their lives and those connected to them, through their leadership roles they occupy in their respective spaces.
Target group:
We are calling on all women. Women of every colour, race, age and educational background. We are building a society that has its confidence and trust in women, these are women cut from a different cloth, women who own their narrative, women who own their destinies, women who are go getters and who are building a legacy that will outlive their names.
Outcome:
The Masterclass will equip women with tools, skills and valuable knowledge that will enable them to forge their path to owning their success. This masterclass will teach them how to move away from being victims, move away from the survival mode to becoming visionaries and capable leaders who lead ethically, with good governance strategies. To effectively implement strategies that will result in scaling their businesses, organisations, climb the corporate ladder in their workplace and sustaining their initiatives in their respective communities.
